The Website is owned and operated by R3S Foods and Wellness Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Blue Rose Industrial Estate, A-419, Western Express Hwy, next to Metro Mall, Magathane, Borivali East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400066 (“R3S”, “Food Hackers Lab”, “FHL”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

The Website describes the professional background, technical capabilities and illustrative work of our founder and our team. Because that background necessarily refers to organisations, brands and products belonging to third parties, this Notice sets out exactly what is being claimed and, equally importantly, what is not being claimed. It is published in good faith, in the interest of full and fair disclosure, and to prevent any misunderstanding by visitors, clients, brand owners or regulators.

2.1 They are references to employment and professional history — not client work

2.2 Scope of individual involvement

Where the Website states that our founder or a team member was “involved in”, “worked on”, “contributed to”, “developed”, “conducted trials on” or used similar language in relation to a product or brand, that statement means participation as a member of a team, in a defined functional role (such as research and development, new product development, formulation, pilot and plant trials, regulatory affairs, quality, or technical or business strategy), alongside numerous other contributors. It does not mean, and must not be read to mean, sole authorship, sole invention, sole responsibility, or ownership of the product, brand, formulation or its commercial result.

2.3 Accuracy and good faith

All statements about professional history on the Website are, to the best of our knowledge and belief, factually true, accurate and verifiable, and are stated in a neutral and factual manner. 4. Confidential Information and Trade Secrets — Express Undertaking

We take the confidentiality obligations owed to past employers and principals seriously and state expressly:
